Back in 2007, I launched a blog, grappled with HTML, and eventually threw in the towel. It wasn't just the technical aspects that posed a challenge. During that period, I was young, inexperienced, and uncertain about the value I could offer readers.

Fast forward to 2024, at almost half-century years old, I've accrued more life wisdom. While I still don't possess all the answers, I've conquered the self-doubt and insecurities that once hindered me.

Raised in a strict, sheltered environment, I found myself a late bloomer in many facets of life. Although I still embrace the idea of never completely "growing up," I have shed the naive innocence that once colored my outlook on life.

Diverging from the expectations of my traditional Taiwanese upbringing, I've never been married, chose a child-free lifestyle, and for nearly twenty years, pursued an unconventional career in social work. In 2020, I made the choice to depart from that career to explore life beyond the typical 9 to 5 routine.

These life experiences serve as the foundation for my reflections, viewpoints, and anecdotes. I hope you will find them helpful, thought-provoking, or at the very least, entertaining. Don’t take things too seriously!
